Philip Button

Managing Director

Philip is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 30 years of experience. Philip set up the property business in 2004 and has been instrumental in its growth. In the last 14 years Philip has orchestrated over half a billion GBP in property transactions, many on a personal level. Philip holds strong relationships with developers, banks, legal advisors and many other professionals in the UK, Europe USA and the Caribbean. These relationships are often the source of off-market deals.

Ashley Foakes

Director of Operations

Ashley is a property investor himself and has expert knowledge of below market value (BMV) deals, off-plan investments, bank sourced property, distressed seller property, tax haven investments and renovation of Grade II listed and historical buildings. Ashley has been with The Brookes Property Group for over ten years. He is a firm believer in putting your money where your mouth is, so has invested in many of the company’s deals himself.
