The Verandah Resort is set along Dian Bay on the eastern side of Antigua – it is destined to become the flagship resort for Elite Island Resorts.  Brookes & Co clients invested in 160 of the cottages in the resort, benefiting from a guaranteed rental return and developer finance to help them make the purchase.

The resort opened in October 2007 and is getting good reviews from holidaymakers and client who have visited alike.  A number of clients resold their cottages as the resort opened, making a 40% gain.
