Owners at Les Terrasses can put their apartments into a rental program.  Unlike the normal ‘leaseback’ programs that frequently operate in France, this program allows owners to use their apartments for up to 32 weeks per year (including six weeks in prime ski season)

The developers are so confident of the rental potential of these apartments that they are also guaranteeing a 6% rental return for the first three years.

A 30% deposit is required on any of the apartments at Les Terrasses, with the balance funded by mortgage.  Your deposit is fully protected by law, and refunded if you cannot get a mortgage.
