All suites are priced at $320,000 and developer funding is available with an interest rate of just 7% - extremely low for the Caribbean.

The Bay View suites are housed in a series of 2-storey buildings around Mamora Bay. Suites are just under 800 square foot in size with a furnished veranda or balcony. 

The furnishings are high-quality and contemporary European in style.  A large bedroom leads down into a sitting room with bar.  Bathrooms are luxurious with double shower, twin basins and an oversized luxury bath.
