Millionaire businessman James Caan will deliver a talk on overseas investment property at a forum organised by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), in October.

Mr Caan, who features as one of the investors on the BBC TV show Dragons' Den, will deliver his advice at the meeting, which has been dubbed 'Staying Profitable in a Challenging Market'. The businessman will discuss a wide range of issues concerned with purchasing overseas property in locations such as the Caribbean, and will draw on decades of experience that he has gained since establishing, and subsequently selling, the Alexander Mann Group in the 1980s.

Linda Travella, of the NAEA, said of the upcoming forum: "It is a fantastic opportunity to learn the latest industry news and get up to speed with market trends as well as get hints and tips from the experts."

American property expert Michael Saunders and TV presenter Sue Hayward will also share their experiences and advice at the forum.
