Celebrity Cruises named number one

Caribbean cruise company Celebrity Cruises has been named as the Best Cruise Line at the Travel Awards 2008.
Over 17,000 Guardian and Observer readers voted, rating the company highly on all aspects of a cruise holiday.
The awards have been running for 22 years and the gong comes shortly after the company received an award for Best Large Ships at the Conde Nast Traveller Awards in October.
The company runs in conjunction with Royal Caribbean Cruises and offers cruises to locations around the world.
A cruise is just one way to enjoy a luxury stay in the Caribbean though - many choose to rent luxury Caribbean property for a holiday, honeymoon or an extended getaway.
The white sandy beaches, clear waters and tropical climate are a huge draw to tourists - with each island telling its own story and having its own unique culture, history, music and food to be sampled by intrepid visitors.
